We focus on after-delivery support to our customers to ensure the operator is adequately trained and familiar with the operation of their unit.
WARRANTY SUPPORT
Our comprehensive warranty support is offered through our Group facilities in Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Ballarat, West Gosford and Perth. In addition, Varley Group has an extensive network of 80+ Service Agents throughout Australia and New Zealand, to ensure our customers are provided with local and timely support.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
We offer complete 'Preventative Maintenance' and 'Scheduled Servicing Programs', to provide our customers with a one-stop-shop for all servicing. We also provide services for all components and systems on custom body build products, including vehicle body building, chassis, axle and suspension, electrical air conditioning, hydraulics, PLC systems, etc. Servicing can be scheduled with flexible timing, e.g. customer holidays and or planned down time, to ensure maximum availability of your vehicle for operational use.
Furtehrmore, all your fleet servicing needs can be managed through a single point of contact at Varley. Your Varley representative will coordinate your local service provider for each of your fleet vehicles locations, control the work scope and provide or keep service records for your fleet
SPARE PARTS
Varley provide comprehensive spare parts support for our products and guarantee spare parts availability for a minimum of 20 years. If components become obsolete, we will source an alternate replacement to keep you operational.
REFURBISHMENT AND UPGRADES
Varley have a proven track record of providing complete turn-key refurbishment of our customers' equipment, including structrual upgrades, corrosion removal, partial strip down and fitout upgrades, complete strip down to a bare chassis or frame, and rebuild of your specialised vehicle.
In addition, we always ensure that your fleet is refurbished to meet all current relevant Australian standards.
ACCIDENT SMASH REPAIRS
From minor collision damage to complete accident restoration, you can be sure that Varley has the experience to repair your specialised vehicle. We have a proven record of quick turnaround for accident repairs for customers' specialised vehicles and we strive to give you and your vehicle expert service from the moment you arrive to the day we're finished. This also includes working with your insurance company to make sure the process is smooth and convenient for you.
Whether you need custom fabrication, OEM parts, manufactured body parts, electrical harness and component repairs or replacements, Varley has years of hands-on experience repairing specialised vehicle accident damage. We also offer a full in house paint re-finishing service for collision repair and refurbishment work.
